The Regina Pats and Subway are proud to have teamed up to create the Subway Player of the week Award.

All Minor Hockey players have to do is enter below and they will have a chance to be recognized at an upcoming Pats Game, as the Subway player of the week!

Each winner is awarded with tickets to a Pats game and gets recognized on the big screen during a Regina Pats home game.
