Donation Requests

 

The Regina Pats Hockey Club places priority on giving to the Regina Community. Donations are made to local youth development programs and educational programs as well as non-profit organizations and silent auctions in which the proceeds go to local charities. Please see below the following donation request policies and procedures.

 The following policies and procedures must be adhered to:

  • All requests must be submitted in writing via mail or email.
  • All requests must come on the Organization or Charity's official letterhead.
  • Requests must contain the date of the event, contact person's name, phone number, address, type of fundraiser and where the proceeds will go.
  • Unless otherwise stated, organizations will receive one item per year in an attempt to help out a greater number of organizations.
  • Merchandise given from the Regina Pats Hockey Club for use in charitable auctions cannot be sold later for profit.
  •  Due to the large volume of donation requests we receive, it is not possible to respond to every single inquiry. We will contact you if your request falls within our charitable guidelines. We require 2 - 4 weeks notice for processing of the request.
