Western Canada Under-16 Challenge Cup Rosters Announced

Five Pats prospects participating in tournament
Regina, Saskatchewan – The final two teams (Alberta and British Columbia) in the Western Canada Under-16 Challenge Cup announced their rosters today. In all, five Pats prospects will participate in the event held in Calgary November 1st to 4th.
Suiting up for Team Saskatchewan are forwards Rykr Cole (3rd Round) and Drew Litwin (11th Round). Cole is off to a great start in his rookie season with the SMAAAHL’s Moose Jaw Generals with five points in seven games this season. Litwin is finding similar success in Tisdale, totaling five points in as many games with the Trojans.
Skating with Team Manitoba is forward Rylee Zimmer (5th Round). The Russell, MB product is rolling at a point per game pace with two goals and two assists for the Notre Dame Argos first four games.
The Pats top pick from the 2012 Bantam Draft, Brady Reagan (2nd Round), will be patrolling the blue-line for team Alberta. He’ll be joined by forward Austin Wagner (5th Round) to round out the future Pats playing in the tournament. Reagan has one goal in his first four games with the UFA Bisons in the AMHL while Wagner has two markers in four games.
Meanwhile, the Pats of the present are in action Friday night against the Tri-City Americans. It’s Hat Giveaway Night at the Brandt Centre where lucky fans will receive a Pats hat courtesy of Kewl Sports Apparel. The Pats are also taking the evening to recognize the success of Regina’s football teams with “Friday Night Lights”.
