Hockey and Hammers II

Regina, Saskatchewan - The entire Regina Pats organization will be on site with Habitat for Humanity Regina to build a fence at 1203 Rae Street – a home sponsored by PCL. Management and players are excited to combine “hockey and hammers” to make a difference in our community. This is the second year that the Regina Pats Hockey Club has teamed up with Habitat for Humanity Regina.

“We are very excited to have our players back involved with another Habitat for Humanity Build. It is important to us for our players to give back to the community that gives so much to them,” says Pats President Brent Parker.  “We are grateful to be able to have our entire team get together to be part of projects such as this Habitat for Humanity Build and hope we can continue to be involved in more projects in the future.”

Mosaic, a key partner to the Regina Pats and Habitat for Humanity Regina will also be on hand to assist with the build.

“The people of Mosaic continue to make a real, tangible difference,” said Brad DeLorey, Director of Public Affairs for The Mosaic Company. “We are committed to supporting Habitat for Humanity along with the many families in our community who need a helping hand.”  “We are excited to partner with the Regina Pats to celebrate our volunteer efforts and work shoulder to shoulder with the Pat’s as together we build a better community,” added DeLorey.
